Laia Haurie Ibarra

PhD and Bachelor in Chemical Sciences at University of Barcelona. Professor from the field of materials, at the Department of Architecture Technology at UPC from 2012.

Research on the development and characterization of construction materials with different benefits; in particular, in the improvement of its behavior in case of fire. Another of the lines of work is related to the recovery of waste in the field of construction.

Lecturing taught in the Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Technology and Building Construction, and in the Master's Degree in Advanced Building Construction, both at the Barcelona School of Building Construction.
